"Great place to stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, staffs are very helpful, near shops, restaurants, taxis, mall etc"

"I would prepare yourself for a experience less than you are expecting. At least it had hot running water for a nice shower which orher hotel's in the area do not. Staff are friendly and helpful, but be aware the accommodation, from my experience was very basic. Good for a night or two but a week or more its not advisable from my point of view. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at Chali. First of all there is no swimmable beach. The view is industrial as the property is off a very busy highway. Nevertheless once you are in the property, there is a semblance of being in a resort. There is a pool but we didn’t use it although the people who were using it seemed to enjoy it. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms and it was clean and basic. We did use the laundry service which was prompt and met our needs. The stay included breakfast on which you picked from a menu and in addition, they also offered a continental style buffet. Filipino service was exceptional. I would stay here again."

"I would rate this five stars, but I had a poor sleep due to workers in the next room making noise at 5am. Very poor idea. On the upside, I’ve never seen a better staff. Everyone greeted us with professionalism and courtesy found only in the very best hotels. Great staff. "
