"Room service was hit and miss. One day the room wasn’t touched. The next we had to request it. Another they cleaned it but left no towels or toilet paper. The incudes breakfast was very very good, no complaints there. Staff are very friendly regardless of room service issues"

"The room is clean, there’s handsoap, body wash, and shampoo. The shower works perfectly. There’s TV, well air conditioned, staff were friendly, the food is great, rooms were comfortable, quiet. "

"Everything was great, including the location, staff, and convenience. However, for about 90% of my stay, I didn’t feel safe. Every night, around 12mn-2am, someone would try to open my doorknob. I have a doorknob alarm that would turn on every night, confirming my suspicion."
