"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re here, definitely book a spa treatment for yourself. Breakfast was incredible. No AC, so the room was quite hot at night but other than that, a very comfortable and restful stay. "

The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal...

"It was a good hotel, good location, limited parking. I couldn't park my car there so book in advance. Was good size rooms but my room had a damaged shower head so there was no pressure for me to take a proper shower"
