We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Location was good. The bed was unfortunately so uncomfortable, we both woke up with bad backs. Would say it needs a new mattress. No tv or air-conditioning so did get hot in the room.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche gut ausgestattet. Migros und Coop etc. In ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Direkt in der City von Lugano in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss.
