Why do you have to call the front desk to get ice? There was no way to adjust the room temperature; it was set and locked at 71 degrees. The promised "breakfast coupon" I received in a text never materialized at check-in, and the selections for "breakfast" were premade sandwiches with no accommodations for allergies. The Campus is SMOKE FREE. For those who do not smoke, this is not a concern, but there was not even a designated smoking area outside for those who have the choice to do so. This experience was far from luxurious and felt more like a one-size-fits-all. Perhaps this company should stick to fine cuisine and overpriced spa packages for a romantic getaway. For a weary traveler who just wanted to relax after a long week, I will not stay here again. "
