"The workers were great and room was clean, but there wasn’t any hot water. Coming back to shower, relax and rest but hated that me and my kids had to take cold showers that night. No I didn’t call the front desk because we were already tired and didn’t want to have to deal with excuses and possibly moving to another room. "

"First and foremost, our minivan was stolen right off the parking lot!!!! Everything else is just icing on the cake. They refused to give us our money back and acted like nothing happened. Breakfast was lousy. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. The rental company refused to give us another rental because they did not have the stolen one in their possession so we spent the majority of the next morning trying to secure another rental. That took ALL MORNING!! And when we asked for our money back, the staff told us that they could not give us a refund because the checkout time had already passed! Be Warned! If you do not want to worry about your vehicle or your belongings being stolen while you are sleeping peacefully, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! At least none of our family was hurt. The police said to look on the bright side-we were not there when it was stolen and were not assaulted with a weapon. Crappy, unsafe place!"

"My experience was great from check in to check out. The staff was very welcoming and attentive throughout the two days I was here. Also, the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable."

"The room, and overall facility were clean and quiet considering the close proximity to a highway and active rail line. The room itself had a desk chair that belonged in the dumpster, a broken arm and a worn out seat I wouldn't let a dog use. The toilet paper holder was broken and the closet door latch falling off. The room was large however lighting was poor. There was a lot of empty space. The sectional sofa was worn and dirty. The free breakfast was so-so and not very good. I brought up the desk chair problem with a staff member and was told the hotel was scheduled for a renewal? Yes, the room rate was reasonable but that shouldn't be an excuse for worn out and/or broken items. On the bright side the bathroom facilities were very good, spacious, and the walk-in shower was super. The bed was also comfortable."

"Staff was good, rehab was in progress so construction in the lobby. First time in a Microtel. I guess that’s why it’s called micro, the room was tiny."
