The staff was really professional and helpful. However, the carpet at the hotel was filthy in whole hotel and really ruined the experience. They should put in tile and new carpet etc

The rooms were not very clean. Bathroom was dirty, splattered all over the mirror splatters all over the sink toothpaste left in the sink and shower footing was very filthy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was very easy. Staff was very thorough and the person that preps for breakfast. She was very nice helpful and friendly always asking if everything was OK which I call customer service.
