"Room was clean. Air-conditioning was acceptable, room was small. Bathroom was a tight squeeze, but clean and tidy. Typical in the city environment and able to catch a ride to where you need to go. Staff was nice."

"When I arrived it was unclear where I should park , and after parking my car in the alley I was told they were out of spaces for guests. I was assigned a resident parking spot , but it requires another to key fob. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, I had hand soap, but you don't provide lotion. This hotel is not good for short-term travelers."

"We paid for a Club room. The first night we went down around 9:30 pm . There were around 10 or 12 preteen girls inside and no adults. They were loud, had food spread all over and attached to the only computer."
