We called the emergency telephone number 12 times for an hour: answering machine. Because of that, we had to look for another hotel with available rooms but more expensive. We demand full repayment and the reimbursement of the price difference!"

So wonderful to just relax in the patio and garden, and if you want to go for a bike ride, there are bikes to rent! The staff were over and above accommodating and very helpful - we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"
