It is a very quiet hotel in the residential area of Regensburg and takes about 25 minites to walk to the old Regensburg downtown. They serve good breakfast and there are a few food restaurants wihtin 10 minutes walk.

Exceptional Stay

While my wife was in the hospital I spent 6 weeks at the Hampton. The entire staff were exceptional, especially the front desk staff. I would recommend staying here if spending time in Regensburg.

Das Zimmer sehr sauber mit allem was man benötigt. Das Bad sauber, zweckmäßig mit Pflegeprodukten. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis voll in Ordnung. Schon beim Einchecken ein gutes Gefühl gehabt, wir konnten früher auf unser Zimmer. Die Altstadt gut zu erreichen. Kurzum, toller Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder.

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Zimmer zwar klein aber sauber. Zu bemängeln habe ich die Dusche. Man muss die Tür der Duschkabine auf den Millimeter genau positionieren sonst gibt es eine Überschwemmung. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, da habe ich schon wesentlich besseres gesehen.

Das Hotel ist recht neu und wirklich schön gestaltet. Die Lage ist top, die Innenstadt ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders praktisch: die Tiefgarage, die ebenfalls sehr gut gelöst ist. Leider gab es im Zimmer ein paar Punkte, die den sehr guten Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt haben: Am Toilettenpapierhalter und am Vorratshalter war Staub, außerdem hing eine LED-Beleuchtung unter dem Waschbecken im Bad locker herunter. Auch die Minibar im vorgesehenen Schrank fehlte noch. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die moderne Technik, die Verbindung von Tablet und TV funktioniert problemlos. Allerdings kam es immer wieder vor, dass sich andere Gäste mit unserem TV zu verbinden versuchten. Ein einfaches Update, bei dem die Geräte eindeutig einer Zimmernummer zugeordnet sind, könnte das Problem sicher beheben. Wenn diese Kleinigkeiten noch nachgebessert werden, wäre das für mich eine glatte 5-Sterne-Bewertuung

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Dom, an der Donau entlang zur Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Ruhig, freundlich wir könne es weiter empfehlen und werden uns das Hotel merken.

Bequemes Bett, schönes modernes Zimmer, durchdachtes Bad mit großer Dusche, helles Zimmer. Frühstück war lecker und Lage für einen Abendspaziergang super schöne an der Donau. Parkplätze direkt in TG gegen Gebühr vom Hotel nutzbar (28 Stück) oder in den Seitenstraße (da haben wir kostenlos einen Parkplatz in 5 min fußweg gefunden.

Tolles Budget-Hotel in guter Lage für Stadttour

Brandneues Haus mit ansprechender Einrichtung ohne große Annehmlichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, die Klimaanlage in ihrer Kühlleistung aber wohl zentral gesteuert. Das Frühstück enthält Essenzielles, keine Überraschungen, außer vielleicht das Waffeleisen. Zu Stoßzeiten wird es eng in der Buffetecke. Immerhin gibt es zwei Kaffeeautomaten. Parkplätze sind in der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage Mangelware (ca. 30 auf ca. 120 Zimmer). Deshalb stehen die meisten Autos um das Hotel herum an der Straße oder dem Sandstreifen um das Haus. Das könnte schon mal knapp werden. Die Lage ist super für einen Spaziergang in die Altstadt (15-20 Minuten). Fazit: Für eine Budget-Übernachtung für eine Städtetour sehr zu empfehlen, wenn es kein Luxus sein muss und der Preis beim derzeitigen Niveau um 100 Euro bleibt.
