"Entrance to the home was a bit scary because of the dropped off to the garage floor, especially at night when it was dark! The hot tub didn't look clean based on the look of the water. Other than that, everything else was fine. "

"The cozy room, the awesome location, the generous and delicious breakfast selection were all fantastic! We loved our one night stay and honestly felt like we got the most of it especially with its extremely close (1 minute) proximity to the lake/the beach area to relax and enjoy the gorgeous scenery that Truckee has to offer! The hosts were super kind, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had too, which is very much appreciated! Great customer service! We will definitely be back again for sure! "

"I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. They said they would call me if they were able to get another room made up/cleaned before my reservation check in. I was more than satisfied by the staffs' kindness and ability to make swaps/changes to get me into my room a bit earlier, on a weekend that was very busy for the hotel nonetheless. The staff was beyond kind, caring and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Olympic Village! "

"We stayed in the basement room (1 queen and bunkbed) which was perfect for our family of 4 with a dog. The room opens up to a big outdoor area, so it's extremely easy to to take the dog out. There was a small fridge and microwave so we had everything we needed for a night's stay. The only thing to know is that you have to go down two flights of stairs to access the room which may be an issue for some. Would definitely stay here again!"
