"I had a good but short stay here. Arriving was a bit confusing as I had missed the email with the arrival details. There was no one on site to let me into the property, give instructions on parking, and other details, even though I arrived within the check-in window. I was able to call and talk with someone who gave me instructions over the phone, but after a long travel day, I would have preferred someone on site.
Breakfast was nice and the location is convenient for walking into town and exploring the many shops in Cirencester."
