"The bedrooms are in need of updating, the furniture was very worn as was the bathroom. I was not happy with the general condition of the hotel."

"Loved this adorable B&B just outside the city center of Cirencester. I had one of the courtrooms and I thought it would be noisy...but it most definitely was not. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained. The highlight for me was a breakfast and the staff...who were super accommodating and friendly."

"All the staff were friendly, and the customer service was excellent. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding we all had a fantastic time. The wedding coordinator, Daisy, was excellent. The day ran smoothly and without issues, just what you need. It was the hottest day in May on record, and still, the staff worked tirelessly to make the day special. The food was delicious. Thank you to all the staff, brilliant."

"Beautiful hotel 5 mins from town where there are lots of shops, cafes and pubs. The staff at the hotel were all fantastic from the moment we arrived and throughout. The room had everything needed for our 1 night stay. The hotel itself was very charming with a lovely bar area and restaurant area too. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The outside garden area was also a lovely place to relax in the sunshine with a morning coffee or afternoon drink, plenty of space, tables and umbrellas. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend 100%."
