"Beautiful pub in a stunning location. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay — and their adorable red lab was the perfect welcome committee! Such a gentle, friendly dog. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and the whole place had such a warm, welcoming vibe. We ’ll definitely be returning!"

"The property was in an ideal location for the visit we had planned. The hotel is very well maintained and looks beautiful both from the inside and out. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. There were a few slight issues we experienced during our visit, the room became very warm because the radiator had to be on full otherwise it would be very noisy. And even though the room was spacious with extra seating and a full length mirror, there wasn’t anywhere to sit down with a smaller mirror to do hair and make up, however, the room was a good size with good amenities. The en-suite was also nice as it was a good size with a decent shower, but the positioning of the screen wasn’t overly effective as the floor became very wet. We also visited the spa on one of the days, but the jacuzzi was not working on the day of our visit, we were informed about this the day before our visit and we received a gift voucher as compensation. This is just an honest review and they were minor issues and they definitely wouldn’t prevent me from returning to this lovely hotel."

"I had a good but short stay here. Arriving was a bit confusing as I had missed the email with the arrival details. There was no one on site to let me into the property, give instructions on parking, and other details, even though I arrived within the check-in window. I was able to call and talk with someone who gave me instructions over the phone, but after a long travel day, I would have preferred someone on site. Breakfast was nice and the location is convenient for walking into town and exploring the many shops in Cirencester."

"The Fleece staff were so warm and friendly ! From check in with George to having drinks at the bar with Ellie we had a wonderful one night stay and would definitely return . It was spotless , the food in the restaurant was amazing we had the burgers and they were so delicious:) The whole atmosphere was friendly wand welcoming. The breakfast was too notch and again the staff couldn’t do enough for us . What a lovely place we would highly recommend"
