"We had a fabulous room, which was ready for us when we arrived at 1130. The bathroom was huge and I had a bath, as requested. Disappointingly, the bath plug was faulty and although staff promised to replace, it remained faulty so I was unable to have a bath which I had looked forward to. Breakfast staff still not listening to specific requests - the food is amazing but far too much of it, and I hate waste!"

"We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead for the spa to avoid disappointment. "

"Spent 3 nights at the cotteswold House. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a 5 minute walk from Bibury, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the cleanliness and house keping top notch, the breakfast is amazing and the host Ricardo is such a nice and helpful guy. We will definitively come back. Preben and Morten"
