"The hotel is excellent as well as the service rendered from the staff for the level of hotel rated. Awesome breakfast buffet spread. Spacious room. Some room for improvements: > Gym: needs more aircon and ventilation > Room amenities: some are old/broken - to check before guests checks in (eg. kettle, tv remote control battery) > Business Center: set up a side or space for business center for guests to do their work whilst waiting for check-in or...

"Great location, staff were excellent, room was a good size and very comfortable"

"Good"

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. There is an open-plan shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away, which had a large supermarket and lots of eateries. "

"Thanks for the surprised birthday & anniversary cake. Really appreciate it!!"

"Staff were friendly helpful plenty of places to shop or eat near by"

"No issues during check in but air cond in the room need to do some servicing as it was not cool at all. Room key card was unable to use and I had to wait about 15 mins for technician to come and replace a new card."
