"This is a corporate hotel in a city, there is nothing special about it. The restaurant is mediocre but the people are really nice. Hotels.com is WRONG they don’t have king beds. I would not stay here again. You have to pay for parking and walk about a block, no loading zone in front of the hotel. "

"Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas."

"Nice room, but no aircon. There was a ceiling fan directly above the bed - but the room was stuffy and hot. Didn't want to sleep in a ground floor room with patio doors open. In the middle of summer, wouldn't expect to have a 10.5 tog quilt on the bed."
