"It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. Free parking was a huge plus, and the bar and lobby area were both really nice spots to relax and unwind. The atmosphere felt welcoming and well put together. My only small disappointment was the space in the lobby—I do wish there was room for a second pool table, because it was always occupied when I wanted to play. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience at all. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!"

"Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. Both fire detection systems in our room were faulty - one bedroom unit just crackled all night and the other bedroom unit crackled and the light flashed. Kept our family up. Less critical but still important, the TV in one bedroom didn't turn on. I told the front desk about this, and they said they knew about the problem and that someone was coming to fix the fire detection later this week. This means they knew about it, and sold us the room anyway? The desk told us they couldn't refund us, but would compensate us with Marriott points- I still haven’t seen those... Disappointing stay!"

"I’ve stayed at the hotel since they built it. There’s a lot of broken things in the rooms. They are looking tired. The common areas are looking tired. My heater/air conditioner didn’t work very well and the room definitely had a smell of must and mildew."

"Door lock didn’t work. Deadbolt didn’t work, damage to walls. Toilet was a disaster. Only benefit was that the staff was nice. Didn’t even try to stay the night. "

"The rooms need upgrading. The walls are dirty. The hot water doesn't get hot. The shower leaks. The carpet in the rooms are dirty. I just expected more. I am very big on CLEAN. This location just didn't meet the standards. The Baymeadows location I love."
