"Dirty and unkept. The room had black mold on the wall behind the door. The vanity and wall above the faucet still had tooth brushing splashes from the previous stay. We were shown another room but it was similar. We decided not to stay, but they would not refund any just because we had “checked in”. How are we supposed to know how bad the condition is without checking in? We lost $180+, which included the pet/dog fee. Hilton should know about this if they are going to allow this Hampton Inn...
