The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. The Westin Cincinnati
Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees.
