Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room.

Great stay! Staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating! They accommodated our large group in the restaurant at the last minute. Parking was also very convenient! The kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
