The staff were friendly and courteous. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was super quiet. The lighting was the soft incandescent (non-day light) lighting which is conducive to sleep. My only suggestion is it would be nice if they had a hot tub.

Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence
This property was awesome I recommend if you've never stayed at a Drury hotel you need to the staff was awesome even when we got there and the pool was shut down for a bit they came by and told us when it was open and you get not only a free breakfast but also free supper very nice people also

I would definitely book with them again. Only thing is our shower water didn’t go down like it was supposed to and stayed in the shower.

Great Wolf Lodge Cincinnati/Mason
We had such a great time at GWL! The staff was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious and so fun for the kids in their kid camp bunk beds. There was no shortage of activities to partake in. We had such a blast!
