The staff was professional and polite. After being out all day when I awoke the room was full of roaches. Room appeared clean and updated but bugs were coming out of where the television was located.

The checking staff was very very nice. Though the office was nearly impossible to find. Once I got into my room I discovered that it was quite dirty. The bed was clean. And that's about as far as it goes. The floor was disgusting. I literally wore my shoes the entire time I was there. I can't with the bathtub. Picture below.

Not the best neighborhood

Since it's an Extended Stay, the clientele tend to be LESS of the overnight travelers. The parking was MEH at best and not close to the room I was in. The hotel location is shoved back in some corner lot. The room was clean enough, although there was some old ice cream in the freezer, the bath mat had a shoe print on it and the smoke detector was disabled because someone smoked SOMETHING in there; burn marks on the bathroom floor. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room... However, the bed was comfortable enough and the AC was one of those noisy wall units BUT this one wasn't too bad surprisingly.

A fitness center was in my advertisement, but I don't think that this location had one. Other than no one being at the front desk when I arrived, everything else went pretty well. My room was close to the hotel's laundry room and, if someone used too much bleach, the smell permeated into my room. Good selection of cable TV channels. The air condition worked very well. The microwave and full-sized refrigerator, with a freezer and ice cube trays, came in handy. Clean room and nice bed. I slept well. Good location, right off the freeway, and lots of restaurants and shopping within five minutes. Thank you.

Worst experience ever

I couldn’t tell you how clean my room was, how nice the view was, or if I had a patio/balcony because my room had already been given to someone else by the time I arrived to check-in. I drove over 4 hours to get to this place just to be told that there are no more rooms available even though I reserved my room at least a week prior. I don’t understand the point of a reservation if you’re just going sell my room to someone else anyway. Mind you, I arrived well within the allotted check-in times. It wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t take my money, but you did and now I have to play phone/email tag to attempt to get my money back. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any hotel. I will never use this service again.

Motel from Hell

I checked in early evening and noticed a half-smoked cigarette in the kitchenette area and the desk clerk had me sign a pledge that I would forfeit 250 dollars if there was any evidence of smoking in my room! I had no remote control to the TV and the blanket on the otherwise comfortable bed had numerous holes from a smoker. I reported all this and more to an uninterested morning clerk who was more interested in his fashion statement—-too much green in my humble opinion. Finally, the hotel offers “grab and go” breakfast. That is a nutrigrain bar and decent coffee and packaged oatmeal! It seems this particular motel has many rooms set aside for homeless in need. I saw many of them checking out and loitering in the parking lot. I applaud the outreach! I don’t like bring afraid to go outside at dark because of all the arguing and caterwauling. I think I heard gunshots in Springdale! I might have suspected a dangerous neighborhood seeing the clerks behind bullet-proof glass! I had prepaid for what I expected would be so much more and hope a refund of my 118 dollars is forthcoming soon! This motel from hell needs a management overhaul and clerks interested in working there and attending to their customers!

Dirty bedbugs cockroaches. I have bedbug bites. This property is awful. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I expected better from extended stay. I provided pictures to their regional manager and dared him to stay there anonymously. No response. So you see they don’t care.

I booked my stay around 10h40 pm, when i went there , no body wqs there to serve me or even give me my room keys. I ended up sleeping in my car. Other tenants needed services also we call they say some body will come, nobody came. I need my refund please

This property is a place where low income people live for a number of days. They do not clean this place at all, they only tidy it up for you. The walls, floor, tub, stove, chairs, shower and bathroom are dirty. The furniture is old from the early 2003. The tvs doesn't have a remote. This place is the worst I ever been to.
