"Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "Vi ankom til hotel kl 16.00 ved check in tid og mødte en lukket dør hvor vi så ringede og fik instruks om hvordan vi kunne få en nøgle hos en der næsten ikke kunne tale engelsk. Da vi så endelig skal have vores værelse så er det værelse vi bliver henvist til ikke rengjort . Vi ender så med at få et andet værelse til dagen efter hvor vi så ikke kan få værelse med terresse og have som vi har bestilt . Meget ringe !

"Had a lovely 3 night stay at Orto de Medici Hotel with 2 friends. I was drawn to the hotel as they offered 3 single beds in a room and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. Bathroom was spacious and clean.
Couldn't fault the service, every member of staff we encountered was so polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

"This is a great place to stay in Florence if you’re willing to walk 15 mins to the city center. The hotel is a 2 min walk from the train station which means it’s noisy, but extremely convenient! No hassle dragging luggage down bumpy roads. Just turn a sound machine for some white noise on your phone :) The complimentary breakfast and staff were also wonderful! "
