"I had such a lovely and unique stay! Bruno was a very warm and friendly host, and the property itself was absolutely wonderful. I’m really glad I stayed here rather than a hotel or hostel. The coziness of the B&B made me feel like I was at my Nonna’s or something :) "

"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Location fantastica, in via di ulteriore miglioramento. Proprietari estremamente carini e disponibili. Piscina gradevole e tante passeggiate da fare nei dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente a provare il ristorante e goderci un altro weekend in Appennino"
