"Please avoid, this is a scam, travelled a month through Europe and this was the only terrible experience. They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. Dirty bathroom, rude staff, 30 year old carpet "

"Check in a different hotel. Yes it was stated in the booking instructions in a small letter. Hard to find a check in and the staffs were busy for nothing talking each other while I was checking in as if not is there. Lack of training and service mind. Inefficient process and the queue was mingled and we purely rely on the luck. Our room was in a different building and the path has many stairs. With a heavy luggage, you will have definitely hard time. The rooms are totally different from photos....

"Impossible contacter l’hôtel pour plus d’info . Le téléphone ne marche pas réservation faite mais impossible de le joindre bref j’ai du res rêver dans le ne deuxième hôtel et j’ai perdu mon argent sans pouvoir y arriver. Très mécontent e déçu. "
