A little difficult to understand parking and apartment location video but manager responded to questions with a screenshot of parking location and the apartment location. "This hotel was definitely not a four star experience. The rooms were small and dated, there is no beachfront and the pictures were deceiving. The pool was crowded with elderly residents and not a comfortable experience for families. No other areas of the grounds- mini golf, tennis courts- were open to visitors. "

They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one.
