"Staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Love how there’s a restaurant inside the hotel, as well as a coffee shop and even a tattoo parlor. Will definitely be staying here again!"
"The hotel had an excellent vibe from the moment we entered the underground car park, which is a real bonus for the centre of Florence.
The staff were excellent, the common areas - for food and drinks were really good....and the cocktails, so much fun.
The rooms are obviously quirky with the Welcome to Hell vibe, but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was superb.
Great fun - well done to everyone at the hotel."
"Wonderful Stay at Bob W Apartment in Florence – Highly Recommend!
This was our first time staying in an apartment instead of a hotel, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised! The Bob W apartment in Florence had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a fridge, gas stove, and even a laundry machine, which came in very handy during our trip.

It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. Another huge plus was the nearby Conad grocery store, which had everything we needed at very reasonable prices. It made it so convenient to cook a few meals at the apartment, which helped us feel more at home.
The apartment itself was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the digital key access, which added both convenience and a sense of security. The space was quiet at night, which allowed us to rest well after long days of sightseeing.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be the unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom, which was noticeable at times. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it’s something that the property management should definitely look into and resolve for future guests.
Overall, I loved the property, the amenities, and especially the central location. It felt like a great balance between the "
