"Unsleepable—Loud events and smoke smell If you actually want to sleep, avoid this hotel. It is located right in the middle of multiple event halls that blasted incredibly loud music until 2:00 AM. Because of the nonstop noise, we couldn't sleep at all, which was miserable since we had to check out at 6:00 AM. "We booked two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms had the door broken. Looks like someone had kicked it. At reception , they were adamant we only had one room when we had two booked. There was no pillowcase and no duvet case the bed was a double and had a single mattress topper as a duvet. The shower was incredibly mouldy we didn’t use it for that reason. The hotel should be shut down for hygiene reasons do not stay here."

"The hotel was spotless..the room was a good size and was in a good location for visiting local attractions. The pool was also very clean . The staff were excellent, providing everything we need . The location is also near a large retail park and good resteraunt."

I was only sleeping three hours a day, and it wasn't good sleep because I was going to bed at 4 a.m. Also, there wasn't a balcony as advertised. I wanted to enjoy my vacation and relax; I didn't know I would suffer."

"B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close.
