"Lovely stay, food very good and staff were very attentive and excellent service. The only thing was there was a problem with the hot water and the bathroom door handle was broken. This was sorted out as soon as we informed the staff who were extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!"

"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "

"I have nothing to complain about at all. The room was a really great size, bed was comfortable, climate control very good (we like it air conditioned), and the bathroom is very modern and spacious."

"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."

"I was extremely happy with the accommodation and the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and polite. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the near future."
