Hotel Abest Grande Okayama

"Fantastic location for travelers. Not only is it an easy 5 min walk from the station, but ther are lots of restaurants in the area too. There is a supermarket in the neighboring building which is also handy. The furniture in our room was a bit dated, and the wifi was a bit hit and miss. Apart from that, the staff were helpful and the room was spacious"

Hotel Granvia Hiroshima

"This was a great hotel for our needs. Chosen because it was directly on the train station. On arrival at Hiroshima Station and exiting we saw a sign that said hotel pointing right. We followed this and found The entrance to Hotel Granvia. At reception we were informed we were booked at other hotel... they provided a map ... so must happen alot. The hotel we booked was just behind the Train gates. Given there was no clear sign to our hotel and there are two hotels of the same name this is why only 4stars ... The room was small, but we knew that but it was over stuffed with unnecessary furniture. Room was very clean and once we sorted the furniture it was comfortable for 2-3 nights. The lounge access was great and breakfast was very and easy to get. If you have lounge breakfast use it as 2nd floor breakfast was very busy with long wait lines. Would definitely stay again now we know the location. Would take bigger room next time"

"We found the location really good for access to the castle and Memorial Park & museum which were all in walking distance. It was also only a short walk from the station which made arriving and leaving straightforward. The property was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall staying here helped ensure we had a very enjoyable time in Hiroshima."

"The hotel is very central, right in the train station. The room was nice, quiet and bright, with a big window that had a great view of the city. My room was spacious for one person and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are many options for food and shopping nearby, The lobby smells amazing, a nice welcome home after a long day of sight-seeing."

"The people who work here are some most amazing people. I left one of my bags on the train. It went a couple hours away and they tracked down for me. Told me where it was and we went there the next day and found it and they spent a great deal time doing this for me. I can’t even believe it and I got my bag back. It was amazing and these people are just so helpful. Yeah definitely stay here."
