Room is clean, staff service good, equipment and facilities looks very new or well maintained, very near train station and bus terminal, next to malls and shops and great view to Fukuyama Castle if you are lucky
Only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and restful. Didn't try the the breakfast but there were plenty of options in the station nearby.
Oh we absolutely LOVED this hotel and definitely will stay here again.
SUPER close to the train station which is the gateway to the other areas near Fukuyama. It's also centered around food places even with some vegetarian options around.
The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. There's a nice little restaurant attached it too. LOVED our stay and will be back!

Great staff. Room is great. As it was a return stay from few days earlier, they had helped to have my deposited luggage ready in my room.
A lovely room with a spectacular view of the castle. All mod cons available.

Near JR station, clean and tidy room, good staff despite of breakfast, the staff didn’t refill food though some utensils are empty and I just arrive at around 0810. I feel it is not respect travellers. Hope it will be improved.
I knew nothing about Fukuyama other than it was convenient to a few things we wanted to do in Japan, was pleasantly surprised at the convenience to the train station and food options, spaciousness, and view of the castle. Would recommend.
No problems anywhere, for the price ok sized rooms, lots of restaurants in the vicinity and 2 minutes to the Shinkansen gate. Very happy with our choice.
great location, fast wifi, very clean and comfortable room, short walking distance to Fukuyama Castle and train station with great variety of resturants. Excellent choice
I chose this hotel because of its location to the train station. It was convenient and was a nice property. I could walk to many things in the area too.
Staff was excellent but the room had a weird smell that never disappeared even when we had the window constantly open for 48 hours. Fewer amenities than we were offered at their Nara location. The 3 coin laundry machines are heavily used. Rooms are small.
Cafeteria opens at 7:00 but in fact you can start to eat after 7:10. You have to wait for 10 mins. after selecting the menu. There are only two choices, Japanese or American, though. It didn't even look like American breakfast. You select menu and you still have to pick up your own food as staff doesn't bring it. Likewise almost all Japanese hotels, you still have to take your own tray back to kitchen.
Hotel room is clean and staff is professional but I don't recommend breakfast.
