"Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider. "Awesome property for an onsen experience. Love the public onsen requirement of bathing clothes. Hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing with good variety with a barista making you anything you want was a huge bonus. Location is a bit further away from train station but the free private transfer to the hotel is such a huge benefit. Absolutely will stay again. "
