"The young lady that cleaned our room was excellent!! The ladies at the front desk were excellent!!! The value staying here is excellent. The food, if you can get some is excellent!!! The reason I said if you can get some is because the service at the bar and restaurant is atrocious. I understand island time. But being completely ignored is unacceptable. My wife and I sat at the bar for thirty minutes while three people working there just talked to each other and never once asked if we would like a drink or something to eat. The first night we ate there it took forever to get service, drinks or food. The meal was excellent though. So we tried again and that is when we sat for 30 minutes. We left and went to a restaurant. We didn’t eat at the resort again. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just plan on eating out. "

"It was the worst all inclusive resort we’ve ever stayed at. The staff at the front desk was absolutely not helpful whatsoever!! It was almost like we were bothering them to ask for toilet paper, clean towels, etc., as our room was not serviced for days, leaving us with no toilet paper, clean towels or tissues. Front desk advised housekeeping was done for the day! Room was nice and big, but we had tiny little ants all over the place and couldn’t even enjoy it. Ran out of coffee in the room, saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked for some, she advised resort had run out of coffee for the coffee machines in the room and that there would be none for a few days. Website stated that there were 3 eating facilities, Italian, beach bar grill and buffet. Italian was closed permanently. Buffet was disgusting. One night it was tacos and nothing else. It is supposed to be open from 6-9, however if we went to dinner at 8 there was nothing left and when someone asked, the staff said “ well we close at 9”! The beach bar grill was ok, but just fast foods and very few items on the menu and we got sick of eating the same things for 7 days. The pool was filthy and there were little bugs swimming on the bottom of the pool. Hot tub was a COLD tub. The beach was very rocky, to the point you couldn’t go in it without hurting yourself and there was a ton of seaweed, which needed to be cleaned off the beach. Bartenders, Greg, Bethany, Luisa were awesome. Shout out for a job well done to Lalo!!!"

"Beach was very rocky and not swimmable. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. But staff was amazing and very friendly! Views were amazing! Food at every restaurant was delicious! "

"The own beer Doug was super helpful and sweet. His wife decorates the property immaculately. The pool was down and no cushions but we were so busy exploring the island and beaches that it had no effect on our satisfaction. A great place to stay if you’re on the island. Would highly recommend for couples selling a quiet, romantic escape or groups selling a semi-private party pad. "

"The hotel stay was pretty awesome. Taking the ferry back and forth to the main island was fun and very convenient! The guys in the boat shop on the hotel property were my hero’s and so helpful with tour info and any questions we had. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I could complain about is the hotel is still renovating so there was quite a bit of construction mess and noise but it was not really a bother. The snorkeling around the hotel was fantastic!!!"

"We could not get hot water. Showers were luke warm. Staff was courteous and helpful and pleasant to work with. Grounds were clean. Parking was an issue. Overall was a good place to stay. View was exceptional. "
