MAJOR miss that the website does not note that there is NO elevator available and it was third floor walk up! Oceans at Carina Bay Adults Only
Most staff were friendly but others were constantly grouchy and argumentative with other staff members in front of guests. Bar was well stocked. Breakfast was excellent. Activities were very few.
