"Despite advertising a pool and hot tub and displaying both as their thumbnail for the listing, the hotel did not have a pool/hot tub as advertised. When questioned about it, the front desk attendant said that it was closed for renovations that “just started today”. There was no maintenance/construction crew present throughout the duration of my stay. Mind you I had called to confirm the hours the pool would be open the day before my check in date. An added bonus was that I had to go to the front desk every day (sometimes multiple times in a day) to get my key card reprogrammed even when I made sure that the key cards came into no contact with anything magnetic (cell phones, credit cards etc.) The facilities were well kept and clean is about the only positive experience about staying there. They did nothing about a few loud parties that went on throughout the week, and housekeeping never showed up at all, the A/c unit had to be kept at full power to chill the room even slightly in early spring weather. If you’re in a pinch and just need a place to lay your head for a night or two then by all means but if you’re looking for any kind of actual hospitality service then look elsewhere "

"Great place for a short stay as the staff are very nice and helpful, the condition of the entire hotel is great, rooms are super clean, spacious and well appointed, the in wall AC unit is not loud at all like some at equivalent hotels, and from what I could tell (I was not catching a flight, rather visiting family in a short stay), the buses to the airport seemed frequent or easily "gettable". The only knock is the very limited food/sort of food counter place. Did not have very much but coffee was fine and it seemed like in the photos they had bar but did not have one but were looking to get a permit. Not a big deal but there are not a lot of food options close by except a Ruby Tuesdays that is easily walkable. Other than that a Wawa down the road. So if you are need of food, maybe get it delivered. Other than that, the stay was quiet - heard no one around me and it was full, the bathroom and tub very clean, towels very nice etc. And the price for the room was excellent versus competitors and was strong value. Recommend it highly."

"Staff makes it up for the things that rooms are missing…. Overall hotel needs an upgrade - needs to be pulled out if the 90’s…, but staff and service makes it up for all those short comings …. Truly one of the best staffs I have ever experienced …. "

"Breakfast was nasty pork meat only the first room I was assigned had a backed up plumbing issue yoi can smell the poop from other people who stayed here years ago wheb I first got to my assigned floor it was prostitutes in the elevator hall when I got to the stinky room they looked out the elevator hall to see what room I was going in like what kinda messy sketchy stuff y’all got going on here? DONT STAY AT ANY HOTEL IN THIS ARE THEY ARE MOTELS NOT HOTELS AND THEY GIVE YOU ONE TOWEL RAG AND FACE TOWEL SMH"

"The hotel was nice! The breakfast food was super good also! The bed in the hotel room was very comfy. Also the staff were very nice. But the only flaw was that the water in the pool is cold. Other than the pool water being cold the rest was great! I would highly recommend this hotel!!"
