I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked . "The room was one of the nicest ones we had in a Hilton hotel of that category. Very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even if our stay was during winter, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very nice and the food at the restaurants was quite good. Pizza at La Luce was pretty good and i really liked their lazagna"
