A great hotel

A great hotel with free underground parking, the room is clean and spacious with friendly staff. Special thanks to reception staff including Chayma, Abderrazek and Jamel . Food is decent, highly recommended.

Nice stay

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The food is good. The staff are respectful. Cons: 1/ The spa, gym and pool closes at 7 pm. I think it is very early and I could not get a chance to workout since I workout best at nights. 2/ The massage services are not that professional. 3/ The hotel rooms are comfortable but for a 5 star hotel, they are a bit worn out. All in all, the price performance is good.

Very Good 3 night stay.

Excellent value for money, perfect location in the town centre for walking to all sites and both train stations. Good wifi, good variety at breakfast and helpful staff. Had a nice view of hotel pool and the sea from my balcony. No issues at all.

Good Location

Lovely hotel in good location. Walkable to attractions and train station. Excellent breakfast options. Welcoming reception especially Mehdi. He was very accommodating and helpful. Even got me the same good rate for an extra night stay.

Professionele, snelle, behulpzame, vriendelijke en schone service en lekker eten met veel keuzes, het hotel ligt in het centrum waar alles gemakkelijk bereikbaar is en u zich veilig voelt. Zonder overdrijving is dit een fijn hotel om je prettig te voelen. Helaas werkt de heer Al-Sahbi niet meer in dit hotel, omdat hij een persoon is die veel helpt en respect toont voor klanten, in de hoop hem weer te zien in het Sousse Hotel and Spa.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. The staff are as helpful as possible. But Rami (at the reception) is exceptionally good. The only negative thing about this hotel is there is no air-conditioning in early May. I was told this is the case with all hotels and that they are following government directives on the use of electricity. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue. Marriott is not far away from this hotel. I wonder if the air-conditioning issue also applies to them!

Don’t expect a 5 star resort, that way you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was basic and basically terrible, salad bar looks old and not fresh, instant coffee, so little options and they only provide plastic mini spoons that are a danger, I almost cut my mouth with more than one of them. Buffet for dinner is a bit more reasonable. When I ask at reception for water as they didn’t provide in the room they send me to the bar and charge me for it. When we arrived they mentioned it was complementary in a place where drinking water is not available if is not bottled. For a place full of carpets for sale they should remove the ones in the Suite as they were super dirty.

Fitness, pas de clim ... en plein été. Avec des baies vitrées tout autour, mais tellement sales qu'on ne voit rien Pas d'eau... celle du distributeur est trouble...! L'employé passe son temps sur son téléphone. Ok ct jour de fête, l'Aïd... Chambres, jolies confortables, très propres, mais la tv ne marchait pas (piles?)... et complètement décentrée. Le sol stratifié est très bruyant, commence à se décoller. Obtenu une meilleure chambre au dernier étage, moins de bruit. Piscines grandes et propres. La plage pourtant privée pourrait être belle si elle était rangée et nettoyée tous les matins... car à côté des plages publiques, c pas terrible... Bel etablissement mais pas du tout de niveau 5 étoiles. Nuitée moins cher, mais ça ne vaut même pas le prix d'un 4 étoiles standard
