"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"Hotel semplice ma confortevole, situato a pochi metri dalle piste di Borgata/Sestriere. Parcheggio in loco, buona colazione, personale/staff veramente molto molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo rimasti molto contenti e probabile ci ritorneremo 😊 Consigliato "

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...

"We stopped here for a night on our way to France. Sweet little place. Comfortable bed, nice shower, cute bar and solid breakfast! Staff was kind and town walkable. Can recommend with confidence!"

"Helt otroligt mysigt hotell med super trevlig personal. Mysig miljö runtomkring hotellet där man kunde sitta och njuta av ngt gott i glaset. Bra frukust och ännu bättre middag. Kommer absolut bo här igen när jag återkommer till denna fina lilla by. Det lilla lilla minuset är att sängen och dessutom kuddarna var lite väl hårda. "

"Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. "

"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"LA pulizia dell'hotel è esemplare, ci sono due aree parcheggio non distanti dall'hotel è quindi possibile scaricare i bagagli in prossimità dell'Hotel e poi parcheggiare la propria auto. Purtroppo non c'e più la navetta che si ferma e porta gli sciatori a Salice D'Ulzio per arrivare alle piste o si sale con la propria auto oppure dalla stazione FS si prendono i bus di linea."

"We had an amazing experience at Le Chalet Blanc. The staff was very attentive and kind. Wonderful restaurant with many options close by. The view of the mountain from our room was magical. We would love to stay there again. "

"This hotel really didn’t live up to its price tag. Staff largely unhelpful, no concierge service for cases, spa only open 10am-2pm for guests unless they want to pay extra. The steam room was out of action, the pool was cold, the jacuzzi was below temperature, as was the sauna. The room was dark and tea/coffee was not re-stocked. In a nutshell, won’t visit again any time soon. "
