All fresh and replenished frequently. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing,ideally placed to visit lots of local attractions. "The hotel location is fantastic within the city and to be able to use the pool, sauna and steam room was a massive selling point for us! I will add, the gym is very small. They have 3 treadmills, x trainer and a bike and one bench with a small selection of dumbbells and two cable style machines. For us who train regularly it wasn’t fit for purpose but there is a fitness first opposite that offer day passes which is super convenient! The hotel itself was nice, there was a little black mould in the shower but aside from that, clean! The staff were polite and helpful but I would say more attention could be used in the pool facilities. Guests were walking in outside footwear to take a look and a lot of people taking photos in the pool where there are signs everywhere not to."

"A little late writing this review but I stayed at the Lucknam with my wife for our Babymoon in May this year and it was wonderful. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived. They were considerate with the room choice, made sure to provide everything we asked for and more and were generally the nicest team of staff we have met. The hotel was beautiful, Restaurants were excellent and so was the Spa. Life has been a blur since the baby so apologies for not remembering any names at 1am but thank you Lucknam team. We shall be back❤️"
