"After a 9 hour drive, what I appreciated most about this hotel was the staff. Kind, professional people are often rare these days. The staff I encountered were wonderful from check in to check out. When there was a strange noise coming from the ac unit in my original room, Teaca not only called maintenance, but she also placed me in a different room. Jenel and Denecia were equally gracious."

"Without a doubt, this will be our favorite hotel for spending a few days in Panama City. The room had the perfect layout; there were three adults and two girls in our group. The girls loved their private area with the bunk beds and their own mini-TV. The food at the poolside restaurant was delicious, and we loved it. All the hotel staff were very friendly and were constantly cleaning the hallways and the lobby. The breakfast is very extensive, with various egg options, sausages, bacon, bagels, and pancakes—something for every taste. They show a different movie every night for kids and families in the pool area. We love the pool and the lazy river. You have everything you need! Beach access is so easy that it’s simple to go back and forth between the beach and the pool over and over again."
