"This hotel is amazing and I'm so happy we chose it. The staff is so friendly, room service is fantastic, the spa was beautiful. We even had a "bathologist" who brought us candles, bath salts, and bath oils. And we had a chauffeur pick us up from the airport in a very nice car. The bar is also so fun, we didn't try the night club but it looked beautiful from the outside. I would absolutely recommend, and I know where we'll be staying if we come back to Madrid."
