"A stunning property. From the high ceilings, beautiful woodwork and antiques to the rooftop pool. A small and intimate hotel with lovely staff. Tucked down a small roadway, it's right in the heart of the action and secluded at the same time. Great location! When arriving by ferry, it isn't very far to walk on the map, however, the traffic and crowded sidewalks would make the wheelie bag treck very hard in the heat. We decided on a taxi. Taxi driver told us it's a standard 20 for any trip. There is a free bus you can take from the ferry (CAT bus) which does a loop of the city and stops at stop 7, one short block from the hotel. Beware it gets very crowded. If you have data, of course use Grab. 24 hr convenience store close on the main road. As with most in Asia, the bed is extremely firm. "

"The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable and the service was great. It really exceeded our expectations! Though it is not located in the old town, you can easily get around with Grab! We will definitely stay here when we’re in Penang next! "

"Amazing stay - Lovely retreat and enjoyed our stay - Enough programmes for our 48 hour stay . Wide selection for breakfast . Thoroughly enjoyed watching sunset by the beach and had a lovely entertainment by Fire Hunter . Enjoyed our late evening drink at Sunset beach bar . Enjoyed my spa treatment and very pleased to get 20% discount for our Italian dinner at Gustaso .The para sailing was a amazing experience "
