We were treated well upon check in. We were given water, fruits, candies and Juice. We were then assisted to our room even though we dont hv luggages.
It took us time to find the hotel as we were relying on google maps to find the place. this could happen to others. It keeps pointing across Xian 1 Hospital.
Despite this, we were not disappointed with the service quality at check in.

The great quality of service provided by the hotel staff is what we most appreciated about our stay there. Elegant facilities alone can never make a great hotel - the hotel management and staff clearly appreciate this fact.
