"We did not arrive until 11.30pm as we were stuck for 3 hours in traffic in switzerland and had no way of contacting the owner. She was wonderful as we thought we would be sleeping in the car that night, but she got out of bed and let us in. Following morning, breakfast was all home made and the owner accepted my sincere apologies for the late arrival. May be an idea that Expedia gives each other a phone number to ring if late as I had no access to email whilst driving. "

We called the number and left a message, left with no option but to wait outside in a cold January day with a child. The owner called us back only 1.15h later!!! "Just needed to stop for sleep on a long cross countries drive - you can’t beat the price, i wasn’t expecting much but i had an amazing nights sleep. other reviews are correct in saying the outside of the building is crappy but the rooms themselves are perfectly clean and have everything you need - shower, bathroom, TV, comfy bed etc. Safe area, very friendly staff, would stop here again. "
