"All Staff were excellent, Food was excellent, room was lovely. My only niggle (and it is a niggle) was that our room also had the upstairs fire escape door - which was not mentioned at all (ie, what to do in event of a fire and whether our bedroom was the fire escape access for all the rooms in our section)."

"Very luxurious and comfortable the only problem we had was the kingsize bed was 2 singles put together ànd the mattress topper did not stop thre being a distinct line down the center which was sometimes a bit uncomfortable.
