"I came for a relaxing resort weekend at the beach and mostly stayed in the room and onsen between long meals. I loved sitting in the onsen in the rain, sitting and enjoying the view, and the friendly staff. I disliked the cost/value ratio, lack of resort activities and amenities, very limited ramen access times, and limited shuttle trips (finished by 1640 picking up from Tateyama Station). "Although the building is and looks a bit old, the room itself is clean enough and big with windows at 2 sides. From there I could see the ocean/beach. Food is good with lots of small dish and fresh fish, and people were kind and local. The baths were okay, but I smelled the bit of chlorine. I am not sure if they use chlorine inside of the tub. "
