"Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again. "

"I liked this place, staff were very friendly and we were offered cold water and/or coffee upon arrival. Keys are a bit sticky in the street entry door and door to the hotel inside. Also, this hotel is located on the second floor and has a small, slow lift (not uncommon in Italy in my experience).
