"Hotel was clean and nice. Walkable to many things to see and do. The room was good but just like all other reviews its a little loud since the building is from the 1800's the walls are paper thin. The AC didn't turn on but luckily it was nice and cool outside so we just open the windows but it was loud outside so little sleep. The breakfast was just okay. Staff very nice and helpful."

"My first trip to Rome and we truly “lucked out” with this hotel! Extremely quiet and clean!!! The staff were extremely nice and professional! The location was fabulous! I was wondering about the neighborhood after I booked and saw how close it was to the train station - but it was fine. My wife and I are in our 60’s and the area was cleaner and safer than Salt Lake City - serious!!!! Even walking around late at night, we felt very safe and comfortable. I heard nothing at night - so very quiet. And the room was serviced every day and always spotless when we returned!!! I hope to return to Rome some day in the future - and when we do, I’ll definitely stay at this same place. Cio "

"Second time staying here and would happily return! Very modern clean comfortable hotel! Can not say anything negative about it! Rooms were impeccable, clean and comfortable bedding! Breakfast buffet was plentiful, lots of options depending on how you’re feeling! Staff were as always very helpful kind and professional!"

"The beds were like rocks very very hard we had two of their better rooms, the rooms hear all the noises from the street sirens like outside the room. Was not worth the money, once there saw many hotels that were a better value. Location not central"

"Budget hotel with less amenities. Didn’t have water heater jugs or coffee maker though you could go down stairs to the restaurant and order one for free. Cleanliness could be improved a bit. Bath towels were not of the highest quality. Noise from the road (people partying) was audible till late night."
