"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "Our stay at the Regina Bed and Breakfast was a 10+. Our host Filippo was excellent from the time he greeted us at the property, carried our bags up to our room, arranged taxi rides, provided a wonderful breakfast every morning, provided great and timely communication as well as making dinner reservations for us at an exceptional spot under Roman ruins. The room was clean and looked out to the church square, a class act. I highly recommend this property and definitely would come back, it was hard to leave."

"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10 minutes away, for when the restaurant at the resort is closed or you want different options (although everything we got from there was good!) I would travel back just to stay at this resort again!"

"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof enough for the noise levels but other then that I enjoyed my stay if I was to come back to visit Rome this would be my go to"
