"A gem of a hotel so close to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Bari. The staff really make the hotel a place you want to return to, so friendly and knowledgable. - 24hr Front Desk, which is very helpful and as a solo traveller, it made me feel safe and cared for. "Great base for Bari, right near the old town. Room was spacious, clean and lovely and cold in the hot weather, great air con! Antonella was always on hand and easy to reach on WhatsApp with any queries."

"Not a bad once I got used to it. Wasn’t sure at first but it turned out to be a decent spot right i on the edge of the old town. Neat little room and bathroom area. Good water pressure and heat when you turn it all the way on, slow drain. Small fridge but didn’t cool anything at all… there’s also an AC unit but it was irrelevant even at the lowest temp. So, during the heat wave of 2026 it was rough to sleep at night with AC or just with windows open…hot. Small staircase so, duck. It’s also right near an entrance to old town so you will hear scooters riding through at all hours. It’s not horrible overall though but AC would make all the difference"

"The Victor hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was clean modern and the staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Many coffee choices and made to order eggs. We also received a nice welcome gift. A tote bag and 2 reusable no plastic water bottles. A very nice touch which came in handy. Close to pedestrian streets and about 15 minute walk to the old town with lots of restaurants. 10 minutes away from the bus and train station. All around great location"

"Excellent hotel in the centre of Polignano a Mare. Ideal for travelling around Puglia as a ten minute walk from the train station. Our suite was very clean and comfortable with a paid mini bar. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff were very attentive including recommending travel partners, restaurants and local bars"

"We have just come back from our stay at Dilman Luxury stays in Bari and I would not be able to praise this place and the staff enough in one review. We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it. You will find everything there that is needed/useful/handy for you stay. For us it is definitely 11 stars out of 10! Now onto staff - well they all were simply amazing. Polite, helpful, welcoming, respectful, happy, knowledgeable. All of them were always checking if we were happy with everything. Rafaella was very helpful in terms of suggesting places to visit and Alessia was an incredible photographer! We wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you and you have made our stay there simply wonderful!"
